Changing food systems also means changing the way we eat. We call our style of cooking “anti-coconut flexitarianism” meaning that here you will find recipes that are mostly vegan, a bit vegetarian, attempting to be low-waste, and all tasty (though the pictures ain’t pretty). There will be few if any tropical ingredients such as coconut or avocado. A fair warning: we tend not to measure when we cook at Adapt Ontario, so trust your senses if something doesn’t match your tastebuds! All recipes are intended to be a jumping-off point for you to experiment.
